At Saraphinas Shop, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Because our shop specializes in gently loved, second-hand children’s clothing, please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing.

 

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of second-hand items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as fit, preference, or change of mind.

Item Condition

All items are carefully inspected and described as accurately as possible. Minor signs of wear may be present and are considered normal for pre-loved clothing. Any noticeable flaws will be disclosed in the product description whenever possible.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is significantly different from its description or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
